South Cliff Dental has grown into a leading group with 24 practices across Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and Wiltshire. Their new HQ needed to reflect that scale while capturing the ambition of founder and CEO Dr Ashkan Pitchforth.
The brief centred on creating a contemporary workspace that felt welcoming, efficient and future focused. Our team worked closely with Dr Pitchforth to translate his vision into a space that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth.
Contemporary Materials and Modern Craftsmanship
To align with the client’s contemporary aesthetic, we used a carefully curated palette of modern materials throughout the project. Sleek finishes, high grade aluminium systems, refined architectural profiles, and a selection of sustainable products worked together to create a workspace that is both high performing and visually refined. Subtle textures, soft tonal contrasts, and considered detailing helped elevate each area, bringing a sense of cohesion across the entire headquarters. Every material was chosen for durability, low maintenance, and lasting value, ensuring the environment feels welcoming, future focused, and closely aligned with South Cliff Dental’s brand identity.
Precision Glass Partitioning for Offices & Meeting Spaces
The brief required a flexible, professional environment with clearly defined work areas, without ever compromising openness or natural light. We installed premium glass partitioning systems to form private offices, consultation rooms, meeting rooms, and a standout large board/training room. Acoustic insulation, seamless joints, and custom hardware ensured a polished finish, while keeping the space quiet, confidential, and perfectly suited to an executive HQ environment.
A Reception Area Built to Impress
First impressions matter, especially in a fast-scaling organisation leading across multiple counties. The reception area we delivered is a striking, modern welcome point, combining contemporary materials, refined lighting, and architectural detailing. It sets the tone for the entire space: professional, sleek, and confidently representative of the South Cliff Dental brand.
High-Quality Staff Spaces
We delivered a series of wellbeing focused spaces designed for comfort and everyday use. This includes a fully fitted kitchen with modern units and integrated appliances, a relaxed chill-out area with soft finishes, and a dedicated multi-faith room complete with a purpose-built wudu basin. Each space balances practicality with a warm, welcoming feel.
Hidden Doors and Acoustic Pods
Technical detailing played a major role in enhancing both the look and performance of the HQ. Hidden doors were integrated into the partition system to maintain clean sightlines and a minimalist aesthetic. For focused work, we installed soundproof individual pods that offer excellent acoustic control. These pods give staff a quiet space for calls, deep work or private conversations while still blending seamlessly into the wider office layout.
A Complete 10 Week Fit Out
The full fit out was completed within a ten-week schedule, coordinated with precision to maintain quality across every stage. Sustainable materials and efficient installation methods were used throughout the project. The finished space reflects both the ambition of South Cliff Dental and the craftsmanship of our team.
